Privacy Policy
Lekkerbettingsites.co.za does not collect personal information from the people who read it. This page exists because the law and common sense say a website should tell you what it does with your data, and the answer here is short: nothing, because there is nothing to do it with.
No accounts, no forms, no sign-ups
You cannot register on this site. There is no newsletter, no comment box, no login, no competition entry and no contact form. Nothing on any page asks for your name, your phone number, your email address, your ID number or your bank details. We do not hold any of them because we never ask.
Reading a page
When you open a page, your browser sends the usual technical request that every website receives. The web server that hosts this site keeps short-lived logs of those requests, as all servers do, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use those logs to identify readers, we do not combine them with anything else, and we do not build profiles from them.
If you email us
If you write to info@lekkerbettingsites.co.za, we will have your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it to reply and for nothing else. We do not add it to a list, we do not pass it to an operator, and we delete the thread once the matter is closed.
Things we do not do
- No advertising trackers: there are no ad networks on the site and no pixels from social media companies.
- No selling or sharing: we have no reader data to sell and no partner we send it to.
- No cookies of our own: see the cookie policy, which is as short as this page.
Leaving for a betting site
When you click through to an operator, you are on that operator’s site and under that operator’s privacy policy. Licensed betting sites in South Africa must verify your identity under FICA, so they will ask for your ID and proof of address. Read their policy before you give it. An affiliate link tells the operator that you arrived from this site. It does not tell the operator who you are, and it tells us nothing about you.
Under 18s
The site is written for adults over 18. Since no reader gives us any information, a child could not either.
Changes
If the site ever starts collecting data, this page will change first and say exactly what, why and for how long. Until then it stays as it is.
