Disclaimer

Lekker Betting Sites is an information and comparison site about licensed betting sites in South Africa. It is not a bookmaker, it takes no bets and it holds no money. Please read this page before you rely on anything here.

Information, not advice

The reviews, scores and comparisons on this site are the opinions of the editorial team, formed from checks we describe on the rating page. They are general information for adults. They are not financial advice, legal advice or a recommendation that any person should gamble.

Winning and losing

Nothing on this site increases your chance of winning a bet or a spin, and licensed operators warn of the risk themselves: Betway’s footer, for example, says that when you gamble on its site you run the risk that you may lose. We do not sell or endorse predictor apps, guaranteed tips or the betting systems sold online.

Offers and terms move

Every welcome offer, bonus and payment detail was read on the operator’s own site on the date shown on the page, and the offers in the comparison table on our home page, for example, were read on 26 September 2026. Operators change these without notice. The terms shown to you inside the betting site when you register are the terms that apply, not the summary here. Check them before you deposit.

Third-party sites

Links from this site lead to operators and other organisations we do not control. Their content, their terms, their handling of your money and their treatment of your data are their responsibility, not ours. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other side of it.

Accuracy and liability

We correct mistakes when we find them or when readers report them through our contact page. Even so, we make no promise that every figure is current at the moment you read it, and we accept no liability for losses that follow from relying on information here or from gambling with any operator we list.

Your location

The site is written for people in South Africa. Gambling law differs from country to country, and within South Africa each province licenses its own operators under its own gambling law, which the National Gambling Board says does not always line up with the National Gambling Act. If you read this site from somewhere else, the law where you are decides what you may do, and it is your responsibility to know it.

Age

The National Gambling Board’s FAQ puts the age for legal gambling in South Africa at over 18, and licensed operators print the same rule in their footers. The whole of this site is written for adult readers, so anyone younger should close the page.
