Affiliate Disclosure

Lekker Betting Sites is funded through affiliate partnerships with betting sites, and this page sets out how that works and what it does and does not change.

How the money works

A link from this site to a betting site can be an affiliate link. If you click one, register with that betting site and deposit, the operator pays us a commission, and you pay nothing extra for it. The offer you get is the one the operator shows any new customer.

How scores and positions are decided

• Scores: the rating out of five comes from the checks on our rating page, and commission is not one of them. Our Hollywoodbets review, for example, scores it 4 out of 5 on those checks.
• Positions: where a betting site sits in a list is decided by the same checks.
• Reviews: every review names real weaknesses in its cons, paid partner or not, and the Hollywoodbets review lists four, among them its cash withdrawal caps and its small welcome offer.
• Previews: an operator sees a review when it is published, at the same time as you, and never before.

Betting sites without an affiliate deal

A betting site that has no affiliate arrangement with us is reviewed in the same way and listed in the order the checks put it in. If an operator is worth a reader’s time, it goes in whether it pays us or not.

What commission pays for

Commission from operators pays for the site, so reading it is free, with no subscription or paywall, and the pages carry no advertising banners in the copy. The site earns only when a reader joins a betting site and deposits.

Where you stand

You are under no obligation to use any link here. Every operator can be reached directly by typing its address into your browser, and the licence numbers in our comparison table can be checked on the National Gambling Board’s list of verified operators, which takes its data from the provincial licensing authorities and was last updated on 4 September 2026. Searching that list for 10181496, the number our table gives for Betway’s Western Cape licence, brings up Raging River Trading (Pty) Ltd trading as Betway. Read the editorial policy for the rest of how the site is run.
