What we are glad to hear about
- An offer that has changed: a welcome bonus, a free bet or a deposit match that no longer matches what we wrote. Tell us the betting site and what you saw, and we re-read the operator’s page.
- A dead link or a wrong licence number: these get fixed the same day where we can.
- A betting site we have not covered: if it holds a provincial licence and takes rand, we will look at it.

What we cannot do
- Account problems with a betting site: we cannot see your account, unlock it, chase a withdrawal or speak to the operator for you. Every licensed operator has live chat, email or a phone line, and the provincial gambling board that licensed it handles complaints that support does not resolve.
- Betting tips or predictions: we do not give them, sell them or pass on anyone else’s.
- Anything about winning systems or predictor apps: they do not work, and we will say so.

Operators, affiliate managers and agencies can use the same address. Read the editorial policy first. Reviews and scores are not for sale, and a request to change one gets a fact check.
Reply times
We answer within two working days. A correction that needs a re-check on the operator’s site can take a little longer, and we will tell you when it is done.
