What we are glad to hear about
- An offer that has changed: a welcome bonus, a free bet or a deposit match that no longer matches what we wrote. Tell us the betting site and what you saw, and we re-read the operator’s page.
- A dead link or a wrong licence number: these get fixed the same day where we can.
- A betting site we have not covered: if it holds a provincial licence and takes rand, we will look at it.
- A mistake in a review: tell us what is wrong and, if you can, where the operator’s own page says otherwise.
What we cannot do
- Account problems with a betting site: we cannot see your account, unlock it, chase a withdrawal or speak to the operator for you, so contact the operator first. Hollywoodbets, for example, has live chat on its website, and Easybet gives help@easybet.co.za. If the operator does not sort it out, the National Gambling Board’s FAQ says to lodge your complaint with the provincial gambling board that issued its licence, and to write to the National Gambling Board at info@ngb.org.za if that board cannot help.
- Betting tips or predictions: the site sticks to reviews and comparisons, so it neither gives nor sells tips, its own or anyone else’s.
- Winning systems or predictor apps: we answer these with what the National Responsible Gambling Programme says, that each bet is an independent event, so no system or app can tell you the next result.
If gambling itself is the problem
Do not wait for an email reply. The National Responsible Gambling Programme runs a free helpline 24 hours a day on 0800 006 008, or send HELP on WhatsApp to 076 675 0710 and choose to be referred to a counsellor from the menu that opens. Operators, affiliate managers and agencies can use the same address. Read the editorial policy first. Reviews and scores are not for sale, and a request to change one gets a fact check.

We answer within two working days. A correction that needs a re-check on the operator’s site can take a little longer, and we will tell you when it is done.
