Terms of Use
These are the terms for reading and using lekkerbettingsites.co.za. Opening the site means you accept them. They are written in plain English on purpose.
Who may use the site
The site is for adults aged 18 and over in South Africa, which is the legal gambling age under the National Gambling Act. If you are under 18, or if you are reading from a place where gambling is unlawful, you must not use the site or follow its links to operators.
What the site does
Lekker Betting Sites publishes reviews, comparisons and guides about licensed South African betting sites and their apps. It is a publisher. It is not a bookmaker. It does not accept bets or hold or move money, and no gambling board licenses it because a publisher of reviews does not need a licence of its own.
The information
Everything on the site is provided as general information and opinion. We check facts on operators’ own sites and date each check, but offers, terms, odds and payment methods change without notice and we cannot promise that any figure is current at the moment you read it. The terms an operator shows you when you register are the ones that bind you.
Links to operators
Links lead to betting sites and other organisations we do not control. Your relationship with an operator, including your account, your money, your bets and your data, is between you and that operator under its terms. Some links are affiliate links, as described in the affiliate disclosure.
Your responsibility

What you may not do
- Copy the site: the text, structure and design belong to Lekker Betting Sites. Quoting a line or two with a link to the page is fine. Lifting whole pages, copying the site with a script or presenting our work as yours is not.
- Interfere with it: no attempts to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or the web server behind it.
- Misrepresent it: do not claim the site endorses you, your business or your product.

We aim to keep the site online at all times but we do not promise it. Pages may be changed, moved or removed without notice.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and any dispute about them falls to the South African courts.
